We feel so fortunate that DKI was our assigned restoration team. The resolution was meticulous and the employees were knowledgeable and professional. The itemized spreadsheets were very helpful and the packaging of our belongings was done with care as well. We appreciate the time and care all the employees put into the restoration of our home.

All the contractors and Elizabeth are superstars! I cannot say enough good things about them. I'm almost sad they're done.....almost.

Sparklean came in to clean up after a previous company had mitigated the emergency aspect of the water and sewer flood and I had settled the claim payout with my insurance company. they were great to work with and allayed all my concerns about potential lingering issues and/or concerns as a result of the water and sewer backup.

I would like to take this time to every employee who had been involved in myclaim. All of the employees were excellent to work with and really made feel atease. We often hear the bad about restoraation companies, however, I can trulysay the service I received was beyond my expectations. I would sincerely liketo acknowledge all the staff that were in contact with me and Milo! You trulyhave excellent staff!

Al did an outstanding job on our basement ceiling and finishing work on our basement restoration. Our ceiling did not look as good as it is today compared to when we first bought the home 7 years ago. Girard and Kaige are a great team that did excellent work on drywall replacement, mudding and taping and getting the damage done by the dishwasher. David did very good work on our basement flooring and my dads chair was cleaned up as best as he could get it. Girard worked very. hard on our install of the dishwasher and his service will not be forgotten. I would also like to commend Adrian for his work with Ashley Fine Flooring, to have this company involved in the restoration of our kitchen floor. Our kitchen is back to normal because of DKI's team in moving the kitchen island and appliances all back into place. Ashley did a very good job on the tiling, but it was Adrian that. communicated with us, and Ashley F. on what the schedule of activities was going to be.

Wonderful easy experience for a difficult time. We really appreciated how professional, polite, and above and beyond all workers went. Cory especially wonderful to work with.

Dave was amazing to work with. He always responded to the question I had in a timely matter. He communicated the schedule of the work being done. The staff that moved our furniture, cleaned, and set back up our stuff did a great job and communicated with me when needed.

My first contact with your company was Mike Jones, it was a very good interaction from the beginning. Both Nick & Josh who were our main workers were personable & professional. It is apparent in the work performed by both workers. Mike was great to keep in touch & let us know how things were progressing & he had no trouble in answering any of our questions. We are very happy with the final outcome of our repairs, & absolutely would recommend others to use your company for any restoration they would need to have completed. If we needed any other work done in our home we would not hesitate to reach out to hire your company to provide that service to us.

I am extremely impressed and grateful to DKI team, everyone who worked to bring me back to normal life; was great and did their best to finish reconstruction as early as they could.
