Since water, smoke and fire damages are often part of the restoration work that is important to Sparklean's customers, such restoration is critical to our success and critical for customer satisfaction. David Howes is a Journeyman Water Restorer, with additional certification in fire and smoke restoration. David is working toward his Masters Certification in both the fire and smoke categories as well. David has also achieved the remarkable milestone of becoming an IIRC Certified Master Water Restorer.
